PLEASE NOTE: If you have a vinyl floor, this can affect fitment as all of our scans are done on vehicles with a carpet floor. If this is the case, a small velcro strip is often enough to stop the mat from moving at all.

What if my mats don't fit?

All of the products in our MUDTAMER floor protection range are 3D scanned for a guaranteed fit. If your mats don’t seem to fit, please get in contact and we will work with you to replace or refund your purchase.

What does your Lifetime Warranty mean?

Our Lifetime Warranty means just that. It covers manufacturing defects and wear through. Some exceptions to this apply such damage caused by incorrect installation, purposely created damage, or damage done through trying to modify the mats.

I see your mats are made from TPE. What is it?

TPE stands for Thermoplastic elastomers (sometimes known as thermoplastic rubbers) and is a mix of plastic and rubber. This offers the benefits of both polymers. Benefits include ability to stretch to moderate elongations and return to it’s near original shape creating a longer life and better physical range than most other materials.

When will the mat I want be back in stock?

As we manufacture the floor mats ourselves, we do our best to keep all our product in stock. If anything isn’t, we will be sure to communicate this and work with our manufacturing team to make it available as soon as possible.

Modification required.

If you have a vinyl floor with no oem clip on studs in the floor, you will need to attach multiple strips of Velcro.
Other wise they are fine for my work ute.
Perhaps mention this in the discription.

Close but not perfect

Good coverage and reasonable fit. My main concerns:
- Can't slide my passenger seat forward, the mat inhibits full movement of the seat.
- The velcro which secures the rear footwell mats together in the centre has started to come unstuck, despite only being removed once.
- The hollow ridge along the door side is often inadvertently stood on, which folds the mat up slightly, meaning it is caught by the door when it shuts. This bends it up and then has to be heated up and folded back down to original shape. I thought about adding some PVC pipe under this section to make it sturdier but shouldn't have to. Seems like a glaring design flaw.

They feel quite cheap and flimsy, but I understand that light doesn't always mean poor quality. They don't seem to be wearing over the 8 months of ownership.

You'll be pleased to know that the TPE plastic used in the forming of our mats is extruded right here in Australia, and we can assure you, it is by no means cheap.

Good fit but slide around everywhere

I recently purchased these floor mats for my car, and while the fit is great and they do cover the floor well, the material feels very plastic with no flex, which gives them a somewhat cheap feel compared to other mats. More importantly, the mats slide around all over the floor, making it difficult to keep them in place while driving. There's no way to secure them down, so they constantly shift underfoot, which can be distracting, annoying and dangerous. If you have a carpet floor these will work perfectly. However, the lack of grip and no secure attachment options is a major downside if you have vinal floors. I’d recommend considering other options if you want something that stays put.

Sorry to hear that our MUDTAMER Floor Mats haven't hit the mark for you!

We use a premium TPE blend developed and extruded right here in Australia which gives our mats the rigidity required to both be extremely difficult to wear through and to keep the 3D vehicle specific shape of all our products. There should be enough flex due to the rubber properties of the TPE to get them in and out without issue too.

Regarding being unable to secure them down - all of our mats have OEM compatible retention clips that function just like the original ones in the mats that came with the vehicle. The PX Ranger mats specifically have clips that need to be pushed down to click into the existing contact points on the floor of the vehicle. Once secured, the mats won't be able to move at all and definitely shouldn't shift around as you have described!

Rigid and lacks flexibility

Lacks flexibility hampering installation and removal. Inadvertently stepping on the edge when entering the vehicle results in serious inward folding which leaves a fold mark with the potential to damage the product. Would NOT recommend.

We are sorry to hear that you do not find the material and style of the mats to your liking. The reason we have made a rigid product is to hold its shape as accurately as possible, to protect as much of the footwell as we can.

A more flexible and soft material would not allow the same easy cleaning and would fold out of shape much more easily.
